Form & Kunskap AB is primarily a training company focused on the NVivo and EndNote softwares. We base our education on the following concepts:
- Classroom training facilities optimized for computer-intensive workshops. Professional PCs with freshly installed software for each new class. The courses are software-oriented, ie we focus on how to solve different tasks in relation to the research approach chosen.
- Classes are small, 6-8 participants. Exercises that step by step build a real project. Discussions and alternative solutions. Time for questions and reflections.
- Course language is Swedish for courses taught in Sweden and Norway, or when requested in English. For courses taught in Canada, English is the default language.
- We write the textbooks. So far we have published 14 textbooks and always in two languages: English and Swedish.
- We always include one year of support in our courses. This is a popular supplement to the licenser's support, because we communicate in Swedish in Sweden and Norway and we are not troubled by the different time zones. The local support gives us the deep knowledge of customers' problems and needs, which increases the level of service.
- Consultations are in increasing demand. Often this is more neede for new projects so that raw data is organized in a way that optimizez the use of NVivo . Consultations are usually taking place at at the customer's premises and the charge is based on hourly rates and travel costs.
